Everyone deserves the perfect sleep. It is important to us that you feel completely comfortable with our Mister Sandman products. This starts for us with the shipping.
We deliver our mattresses and sleep accessories to your doorstep for free. After your order is received, your mattress will be rolled up by our manufacturer so that it can be perfectly sent to you in a box by DPD. Subsequently, you will receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation easily via email. All other Mister Sandman products, such as pillows and blankets, will be sent in a separate shipment with their own tracking number.
The return shipping is free
If you are not satisfied with the products contrary to expectations, please contact us within 30 days of your trial sleep via email at kundenservice@mister-sandman.de. We will of course pick up your order for free afterwards, and you will receive your money back.
